Task categories
GSMtasks has three different task categories to choose from when creating new tasks.
These are:
- assignment;
- pick-up;
- drop-off.
Importing Pick-up & Drop-off tasks
Pick-up and drop-off tasks are usually connected to each other. For instance in food delivery, where your employee picks up the order from a restaurant and drops it off to a client.
When importing tasks, it’s important to know how to make GSMtasks understand, that your pick-up and drop-off tasks are two parts of the same task. To connect the two tasks to each other, you have to provide them with the same reference number.
Note: GSMtasks takes the reference number into account when optimizing routes.
